About FILA
FILA's mission is to prepare managers and executives in the private solid waste industry for executive advancement by providing opportunities to:
- Improve and learn new business, financial, management and leadership skills;
- Network with socialize with peers; and
- Tour other members' facilities to gain operational insights.
- FILA has a mentoring program in which selected members are paired with industry leaders.
- FILA completes the aforementioned professional development program while supporting various charitable organizations.
